I cannot get away from stupid people. Ridculous, inane questions have become much too large a part of my life. For five minutes I'd like to have some peace and rest from stupidity. Good lord.
In Other News...
a) I saw the Passion of the Christ. A lot of people I know will blow this off as just another movie. But it affected me in ways I dont think I could describe if I wanted to, which I dont. Intense.
b) Prior's out 5-10 days. Sucks. Lets hope it heals nicely.
c) SIU really, really, really tried to lose to Bradley. They tried so very hard. But somehow, Darren saved them again. Thank god for #1.
d) I would like to know everyone's thoughts on the economics of baseball. Not specifically the Yankees and their constantly escalating payroll, but more the overall stability of baseball as a whole. I honestly think that the market correction we saw this year is a good sign of things to come, but im not really an expert. The revenude sharing obviously isn't stopping the Yankees, but appears to be scaring off other teams that could, theoretically, cross the luxury tax threshold as well. Any thoughts out there?
